Our food is made fresh daily, meticulously sourced so that we are able to deliver a superior quality of dishes. Our chefs are now up at 4am preparing the daily mise en place. This is a French term known as "to put in place” having all the daily ingredients and cooking utensils prepared before kitchen service starts. What’s new on the menu is our multi-sized sharing platters that you can customise to your own liking and if you are game enough we now offer a 1kg Tomahawk Steak which is grass-fed Aussie prime beef, sous-vide for 3 hrs. Looking for a healthy option? Give the Knightsbridge Kale Salad a try and of course not forgetting your good old traditional pub favourites such as the Fish N Chips and the 1950's Classic Burger.

In addition to the wide selection of premium wines and spirits, The Penny Black serves 7 international beers on tap - Kilkenny, Guinness, Heineken, Strongbow Cider, Old Speckled Hen, Tiger and Erdinger Weissbier.
